When Washington Post journalist Taylor Lorenz unmasked Chaya Raichik as the creator of the woke cringe video shaming site ‘Libs of TikTok,’ the mainstream media cheered. “They thought they had vanquished an enemy of their agenda,” explains Senor Byner. Through her site, Raichik reposted content created by liberal, left-wing, and LGBT TikTok accounts for the purpose of well-deserved mockery.
While the mainstream media was expecting a heartfelt apology from the creator and the appreciation of the internet – they got the exact opposite, says Senor Byner.
“Raichik went on the defensive and hit back at the intrusive tactics so-called journalist Lorenz used to unmask her. She refused to bow to media pressure and genuflect before them. And for her bravery she was rewarded with thousands of new followers and a new job at the Satirical News website The Babylon Bee. She is being celebrated as a hero by followers on the right, center and even the left.”
Corporations are clearly starting to realize they’ve jumped the track with their one line woke destination thinking. Will they continue to chug along, playing chicken or get back on track? In the words of the elders: Get woke, go broke!
