The talented and beautiful WNBA star Sophie Cunningham is heading north of the border to share her factual statement that trans women are men. But not all Canadians will be welcoming the Indiana Fever star and her reality-based worldview on protecting women and girls in sports when she takes on the lowly Toronto Tempo.
Balls Don’t Lie

In fact, America’s #1 Source of Newstainment, the GWU!, has learned of one far-left extremist group called What’s a Woman, Really? who plan to make Cunningham’s visit to the Great Woke North as uncomfortable as a grown man fitting into a ladies’ thong.
Cunningham, who said that she did not want men, trans or otherwise, playing in a women’s league, came under heavy fire recently, as being hateful, particularly by white men in dresses and size 12 pumps who believe that they are women and lesbian millionaires.
Heat Check

Since her factual statement, the six-foot stunning and brave shooting guard (who spends her off-season as an SI model—ed) has been met with both cheers and jeers here in the US, but don’t expect a ticker-tape parade in woke Canada, says PH Streets, a spokesperson for the organization What’s a Woman, Really?
“Canada has a long history of supporting men who become women,” PH goes on to cite Canada’s bent-over-backwards accommodations the American vassal state has made, such as hosting men in women’s prisons, change rooms, sporting teams, and even women’s-only shelters.
The non-profit NGO, What’s a Woman, Really? has been fighting Cunningham’s truthful statement since its founding just last month after shifting from its previous mission of “educating” Canadians about climate change under the name Climate Change is Man Made.
“I want to protect young girls in a locker room, or young girls in sport who shouldn’t have to go against biological men,” Cunningham logically stated to fake news ESPN.
Pointing the Finger

Following intense public reaction, Cunningham later clarified that her intent was not driven by hatred toward ladyboy ball players. “I got a lot of negative feedback about me hating trans. And I’m like, ‘I never once said that’… I think that I am here to extend love. But I also think with that love is truth, being honest.”
When addressing the subsequent media coverage and rallies surrounding her statements, Cunningham clarified that she was simply answering a question she was asked rather than making an unsolicited statement. She emphasized that she did not view the situation as a distraction for her team and expressed a desire to refocus attention on basketball and the ongoing WNBA season.
The WNBA’s collective bargaining agreement states that “only players who are women are eligible to play in the WNBA,” but the policy does not explicitly define “woman” or outline specific biological, testosterone, or puberty-related criteria.
Substitution violation

Since her comments went viral, the WNBA has received lots of interest from men around the world who would like to be eligible for the 2027 WNBA draft.
Enes Kanter Freedom and Royce White have officially thrown their names into the 2027 WNBA draft, and let’s just say the irony is thicker than an estrogen protein shake. Freedom, an 11-year NBA vet, took to Instagram to drop this dunk: “If simply declaring who I am is enough, then I meet every requirement to play in the WNBA.” But wait – he tried to play nice, adding he’s “not here to mock, make fun of, or disrespect any community or personal choices.” (That sounds like something we would say, Enes—ed)
Then comes Royce White – the three-game NBA boy-wonder who’s now chasing a Senate seat instead of sweaty men in a gym. He told Fox News with a straight face: “Sometimes I identify as a woman for the sake of basketball.”
The woke mob is furious, calling these declarations “malicious stunts” designed to demean marginalized groups. But isn’t this exactly what the WNBA asked for when they opened the door to self-identification? You can’t have it both ways, ladies!
And the chaos doesn’t stop there! Clay Travis, the OutKick firebrand, is putting his money where his mouth is – he’s offered to pay the WNBA a staggering $10 million if the defending champion Las Vegas Aces can beat a boys high school basketball team.
The WNBA wanted inclusion? Well, be careful what you wish for – because the men are coming, and they’re wearing women’s jerseys!
Nothing But Net

While the WNBA has not restricted eligibility exclusively to biological females—unlike recent policy changes by the NCAA and the International Olympic Committee—it has not finalized a detailed transgender policy. Just this week, under intense public pressure, the league has been forced to publicly admit that they will be huddling to address the complex question of what is a woman.
